Platform Overview

We provide a digital marketplace where:

  • Buyers can browse, book, and pay for tax-related services.
  • Sellers (e.g., Chartered Accountants) can list offerings and receive payments.

Account Registration

  • Users must register with accurate, and complete information.
  • Sellers must verify their professional credentials.
  • All the users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

Service Booking & Payments

  • Buyers book services via the platform.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.
  • Sellers receive payouts after platform commission deduction.
  • The platform does not retain credit or debit card details, nor any other sensitive personal financial information, in its database at any time.
  • Please be advised that the platform must retain secure records of transaction payments for auditing purposes. These records are tokenized, ensuring that no personally identifiable information can be extracted or inferred from them.
  • Refunds and cancellations follow our Refunds and Cancellations.

Commission & Fees

  • Sellers are charged a commission on each successful transaction conducted through the platform. Buyers, on the other hand, are not required to pay any additional transaction fees. They simply pay the pre-determined amount agreed upon for the task assigned to the service provider. All other aspects of the transaction are managed seamlessly by the platform.
  • Rates are visible in the Seller dashboard and may vary.
  • Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes on their earnings.
  • The platform will issue the required invoices to the CAs (service providers) for each transaction with applicable platform charges. These invoices may be utilized by the service providers to meet their taxation and compliance obligations.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate service descriptions and pricing.
  • Deliver services professionally and legally.
  • Respond promptly to Buyer queries and bookings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
  • Provide accurate booking information.
  • Honor service terms and professional boundaries.

Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage amicable resolution between Buyers and Sellers.
  • Our support team may assist in mediation but is not liable for outcomes.
  • Legal disputes are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.

Platform Limitations

  • We do not guarantee service quality or legality.
  • We are not liable for errors or delays caused by Sellers.
  • Please visit our Refunds and Cancellations policy.

Platform Uptime and Downtime

  • While we use infrastructure that is scalable, there may be a downtime of a few minutes per month for maintenance and cleanup of infrastructural issues. We always strive to keep the downtime low. The current uptime may be 99%.
  • Rest assured that your data is safe with us even during downtime. You can resume your task or activity once the site is up and running.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
