1. Purpose

2. Acceptable Use

  • Uploading documents for analysis, summarization, or productivity-related tasks.
  • Engaging in professional, educational, or personal development activities.
  • The only way for a CA to help the taxpayer with their questions, and any actions such as responding to the IT department notices, return rectification and correction support etc. is through tasks assigned on the platform. Platform is not responsible in any way for the tasks or requests users or CAs engage into with each other outside the platform.

  • Contact website admin for any information related to creating account, login and other such details.

Logged-in User

Logged-in User: Taxpayer: Without subscription

  • Can visit home page and go through the knowledge centre pages via links.
  • Contact website admin for any information related to creating account, login and other such details.
  • Can chat with a CA. However, whether the CA charges a fee for the chat session is entirely up to the CA. The platform doesn’t interfere with the decision of the CA in this case of chat sessions.

Logged-in User: CA: Without subscription

  • Can visit home page and go through the knowledge centre pages via links.

  • Can chat with a user. However, whether they charge a fee for the chat session is entirely up to them. The platform doesn’t interfere with the decision of the CA in this case of chat sessions.

  • Can chat with a CA. However, whether the CA charges a fee for the chat session is entirely up to the CA. The platform doesn’t interfere with the decision of the CA in this case of chat sessions.
  • Can search AI-powered content for taxation help.
  • Can assign tasks related to support needed from the CAs and assign the tasks to their preferred CAs.

Logged-in User: CA: With subscription

  • Can visit home page and go through the knowledge centre pages via links.
  • Contact website admin for any information related to creating account, login and other such details.
  • Can chat with a user. However, whether they charge a fee for the chat session is entirely up to them. The platform doesn’t interfere with the decision of the CA in the matter of chat sessions because it is commensurate with protecting the privacy of the CAs (service providers).
  • Can search AI-powered content for taxation help.
  • Can work on tasks related to taxation support users need and get paid for those tasks. The platform charges only 10% for each completed task. The rest (90%) is paid to the CA within 5 (five) working days. A CA may not take/ask/request/solicit payment from the user directly. Doing this can result in warnings, penalties or even temporary or permanent loss of access to the platform.

4. Prohibited Use

  • Uploading, sharing, or requesting illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Violating intellectual property rights by uploading copyrighted materials without permission.
  • Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior with other users, especially in chat sessions on the website as well as plugins like tawk.to, is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of access.   • Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or misuse the system.
  • Uploading sensitive personal data unless explicitly permitted and protected by applicable data policies.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their original content.
  • Documents that you upload during chat/audio/video sessions are not stored by the platform. Please request the recipients to store a copy of the document for their reference. You should also store these documents on your computer for your own reference.
  • The platform does not claim ownership over user-uploaded content or outputs generated from it.
